World class Olympic strength and conditioning trainer Charles Polliquin has an acronym he uses to describe aerobics instructors: CAIS, Chunky Aerobics Instructor Syndrome. One study found that the average aerobics instructor had a body fat of 23 percent. If they have a body fat of 23 percent, and are teaching 2-4 classes per day, 4-5 days per week, what chances does the average Jane have of reducing her fat if she's only attending 3-4 classes per week?
